Ready to take your CoreCHI certification to the next level? Pay NOW to take the ETOE Exam this September and save $62! Once you pass the ETOE exam, you will be awarded the CoreCHI-Performance certification. 

From July 15–September 15, 2025, you can lock in a discounted rate of $240 for the ETOE exam. Whether you’re taking it for the first time or re-taking it, now’s your moment to step forward at a lower cost.

Who does this apply to? 

  • Current CoreCHI Certificants (Reminder: Read about the sunsetting of your credential)
  • Current applicants of all languages, except Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish*
  • Interpreters thinking about certification as the next milestone in their career*

* All applicants must first have their application approved and take and pass the written CoreCHI exam before they qualify for this discounted ETOE exam fee. This promotion does NOT apply to interpreters of Arabic, Mandarin and Spanish because they do not take the ETOE exam.

How It Works:

  • Pay the ETOE exam fee between July 15 and September 15, 2025 (login to your CCHI account at https://cchi.learningbuilder.com, click on the orange button “Continue” next to the CoreCHI-P Testing Process) and enjoy the discount automatically applied at checkout.
  • Receive an email with the Notice to Schedule within 7-10 days of payment.
  • Commit to taking your ETOE exam in the September 2025 testing window. You must schedule and take the ETOE exam between September 4-30, 2025.  

But don’t wait! If you do NOT take the ETOE exam in September 2025 (for any reason), a $62 fee will be required before you can schedule the exam in 2026. 

This offer is not retroactive, so act now to secure your savings! CCHI reserves the right to discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice.

We are excited to announce the six recipients of the Spring 2025 cycle of the ETOE™ Exam Scholarship! This scholarship supports interpreters who wish to take their CoreCHI certification to the next level with the performance-based CoreCHI-P™ credential.
