First, make sure that your employer will pay your fees. If your employer wants to pay your fee by credit card, you need to login to your application with the employer, click the button “Pay fees,” and the employer will enter their credit card info. I.e., in this case you don’t need to fill out the “Employer payment” section.

If your employer wants to pay by check, enter the info about the company and the contact person in the “Employer payment” section and then ask your employer to contact us at apply@cchicertification.org to confirm that they will be paying your fee. Keep in mind, that your application will not be reviewed until the actual payment from your employer is received.

If at some point, you change your mind and decide to pay yourself, let us know at apply@cchicertification.org, and we’ll unlock your application so you can pay online yourself.

You need to create a free account at our online application management system – username and password. Please make sure to use the email address that you regularly check because this will be your user name, and CCHI will use this address to notify you about certification process, etc. We don’t recommend using a work address, since if you change jobs you won’t receive any notifications from us.

After you create an account, check your mailbox for an automated confirmation email (look in the Spam folder if you don’t see it in the Inbox). Open the email and click on the confirmation link. After that, login using your username (your email address) and the password you created, and follow the instructions.
