Yes, the CHI™ practice exams (Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish) are located at this website: http://cchiinterpreters.org. You need to create a free account (if you have never used this site before).

After you login, click on the title of the practice exam to enroll, and enter this enrollment key: Study4u. Keep in mind that this is a self-assessment tool, and no review or scoring will be provided by CCHI. The user interface of the actual exam is different than this practice exam, however, we provide screenshots of the actual exam in the Logistics section.

First, make sure you are logging in at the correct website. The practice exams are located at this website: http://cchiinterpreters.org, and the username/password are different than for the CCHI Profile account (at https://cchi.learningbuilder.com).

Then check that you are entering the correct username: you created it yourself, and it may not necessarily be your email address (although it may be just that).

If you still cannot login, please do not create a new account, email us at info@cchicertification.org, and we’ll reset your password; please specify in your email that you need to reset your password for the practice exam website.

CCHI has 2 kinds of practice exams:

• The CoreCHI™ Practice exam (multiple-choice questions) you can take 10 times at any time within 6 months of purchase;
• The CHI™ Practice exams (Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish) you can take as many times as you wish.
