  • Past Webinars

If you missed a live webinar, check if we have a free recording of it available here. Some CE webinars are available as self-paced online modules for a fee.

All our webinars are free, and anyone can join. Keep in mind that seats are limited to either 500 or 1000 attendees, depending on the platform, so register early. Make sure that you login 10 minutes before the start time on the day of the webinar. We usually have a waiting list, so if you do not join on time, your seat will be taken by another person.

Our informational webinars are meant to educate about our programs, exams, projects, and policies. No certificates are issued for this type of webinar.

Our continuing education (CE) webinars are related to the interpreter’s profession and performance. CCHI invites guest speakers, renowned interpreter educators, to present these webinars. Certificates of attendance are issued for this type of webinar within 14 days via email.

  • Reasonable Accommodation for CCHI webinars

If you require an ADA accommodation, please contact CCHI staff at info@cchicertification.org. We must receive your request for an accommodation no later than two weeks prior to the date of the live webinar. For those who request an accommodation after that date, every effort will be made to provide a reasonable accommodation; however, we may not be able to do so given potential time constraints.

  • Certificate of Attendance

You must connect to the webinar online, via computer (NOT just by the phone) and participate in all the activities as instructed by the presenter during the webinar in order to receive a certificate of attendance (if it is issued for a specific webinar).

The certificate, if it is issued for a specific webinar, will be emailed to you within 14 days. The body of the message is the certificate (i.e. no attachments are sent); please save it as a PDF file in order to upload to your certification renewal application. The email will come from the “info@cchicertification.org” address. Please make sure this address is not marked as spam by your email provider.
