Customer Management Services (CMS) Specialist is a part-time, telecommuting position perfect for a candidate with experience in the language services or customer services field. Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, customer service, and computer skills;
  • Abilities to work independently, multi-task with attention to details, prioritize, and escalate as appropriate;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, customer-oriented environment;
  • Knowledge of CCHI and its programs, a foreign language, and the interpretation/translation field preferred;
  • A High School diploma or its equivalent, BA preferred.
